do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus,

Ark Farm Visit – Nursery, Reception and Y1

Exciting Christmas News!

Ark Farm will be bringing their adorable and friendly Christmas animals to visit us at school on the 13th December. They will set up their Animal Nativity scene in the Nursery Garden. Nursery, Reception and Year 1 will be lucky enough to get up close to the animals in this special event to celebrate Christmas and the birth of Jesus.

Because we have to pay for this workshop we need to rely on parental contributions to enable it to go ahead.  Please make your contribution of £6.00  per child via Arbor (under Trips).  Parents are not obliged to pay, but the workshop will be cancelled if we do not raise enough funding to carry it out, as we are unable to fund the activity from other sources.

No child is ever excluded from a school experience for financial reasons.  If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium funding, or you receive DWP benefits, her / his place will be funded automatically.  If not, but your financial situation is difficult at present, please contact Ms Jones for a confidential discussion. Please see our Charging & Remissions Policy for details.

We hope this will be an exciting experience for the children. This visit will offer a very positive learning experience for the children to learn about taking care and showing responsibility for animals.  It will also aid with developing an understanding of the importance of treatment of living creatures.

There will be a variety of animals and birds visiting the school (no reptiles) that the children will be able to touch and handle.

If you are aware of any animal allergies that would mean your child would not be able to engage & stroke any animals then please speak with your child’s teacher.

Many thanks for your support.

Best wishes,

Miss Davies
